NON-ASSIGNMENT OF USE OR LICENSE. United may not assign or otherwise transfer, voluntarily, by operation of law or otherwise, any of its rights under this License, without, in each instance, FreeMarkets' prior written consent, which consent may be withheld, delayed or conditioned in FreeMarkets' sole discretion. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of the terms of this Section 6 shall, at FreeMarkets' option, be null and void. Any assignment consented to by FreeMarkets will not act to relieve United of any of its obligations under this License.
