Non-Australian residents. When an Option is granted under the Plan to a person who is not a resident of Australia the provisions of the Plan apply subject to such alterations or additions as the Board determines having regard to any applicable or relevant laws, matters of convenience and administration and similar factors which may have application to the Participant or to any member of the Group in relation to the Plan.
