You, as an owner, trustee or fiduciary, agree it is your responsibility to communicate information about the accounts, loans, products and services you have with us to any person(s) you believe should have that information during your lifetime (whether she or he is a representative of your estate, beneficiary/POD payee, family mem- ber, significant other, friend, trustee, fiduciary or any other person). You understand we will not be able to provide information or ac- cess to any product or service to a person until she or he has first established his or her legal authority to access the information, product or service with us.
