Common use of Non-Beneficiary Contract Clause in Contracts

Non-Beneficiary Contract. Nothing expressed or referred to in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any person other than the Parties to this Agreement or their respective successors or permitted assignees any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement, it being the intention of the Parties that this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of such Parties or such successors and permitted assignees. The Recipient’s suppliers or providers are not considered the Recipient’s assignees and are not third-party beneficiaries.
