Non-Billing Disputes. 2 All disputes that arise under this Agreement that are not Billing Disputes, or are exhausted Billing Disputes, 3 shall be settled in accordance with this Section. All efforts shall be used by both Parties to resolve all 4 disputes as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
