Non-Binding Letter Clause Samples
A Non-Binding Letter is a document that outlines the preliminary terms and intentions of parties considering a future agreement, without creating any legal obligation to proceed. Typically, it summarizes key points such as price, timeline, or major conditions, serving as a reference for further negotiations or due diligence. Its core function is to facilitate open discussions and clarify expectations while ensuring that neither party is legally committed until a formal contract is executed.
