Non-Business Days. In any case where the date of payment of interest on or principal of the Debentures will be a day that is not a Business Day, the payment of such interest on or principal of the Debentures need not be made on such date but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day, except that, if such Business Day is in the next succeeding calendar year, such payment shall be made on the immediately preceding Business Day, in each case with the same force and effect as if made on the original date of payment, and no interest shall accrue for the period from and after such date.
