Common use of Non-Business Days Clause in Contracts

Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder shall be due, any period of time would begin or end, any calculation is to be made or any other action is to be taken on, or as of, or from a period ending on, a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made, such period of time shall begin or end, such calculation shall be made and such other action shall be taken, as the case may be, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, on or as of the next succeeding Business Day without any additional interest, cost or charge to the Corporation.

Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder shall be due, any period of time would begin or end, any calculation is stated to be made due or any other action is to be taken on, or as of, or from a period ending on, hereunder shall be stated to be required to be taken on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made, made or such period of time shall begin or end, such calculation shall be made and such other action shall be taken, as the case may be, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, taken on or as of the next succeeding Business Day without and, in the case of the payment of any additional amount, the extension of time shall be included for the purposes of computation of interest, cost or charge to the Corporationif any, thereon.
