Non-Cause Termination by Bank. In the event of termination of the Executive's employment by the Bank pursuant to this subsection (c), the Bank shall pay the Executive liquidated damages equal to the "Termination Payment" and all other benefits specified in subsection (d) of this Section 7; and the noncompetition provisions of Section 9 shall not apply.
