NON-CHARGEABLE SERVICES. There shall be NO CHARGE for any minor or maintenance releases to Data911's Software. Maintenance releases include issue fixes. Major releases are typically scheduled once every other year as identified by Data911. All minor, maintenance, and major releases will be implemented depending on Data911 and client resource availability.
