NON-COLLABORATION PRODUCTS AND NEW PRODUCTS THAT BECOME COLLABORATION PRODUCTS. The provisions of this Agreement and the arrangements of the Parties for any royalties or other amounts owed one to the other on the sale or other disposition of Non-Collaboration Products or New Products that become Collaboration Products shall remain unchanged (unless otherwise agreed in writing) due to the expiration of the Term.
