Non-Commercial Technical Data and Software Deliverables. All non-commercial technical data and software deliverables shall be properly marked in accordance with the marking requirements set forth in DFARS 252.227-7013(f) and DFARS 252.227-7014(f), respectively. Technical data and software deliverables with non-conforming restrictive markings shall be rejected and corrected by the Contractor at the Contractor's expense, in accordance with DFARS 252.227-7013(h)(2) and DFARS 252.227-7014(h)(2), respectively. All technical data and computer software deliverables, including FWS-I drawings and specifications, delivered to the Government under this contract shall at least meet the requirements of paragraphs 3.
