Common use of Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation of Customers and Clients Clause in Contracts

Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation of Customers and Clients. Employee hereby acknowledges and recognizes that, throughout Employee's employment with the Company, Company agrees to give Employee access to certain of its Confidential Information and Trade Secrets concerning Company, its affiliates, and the Company Business. Company agrees to provide this information to Employee in order to allow Employee to perform Employee's duties as an employee for and on behalf of Company, and to develop relationships with customers, customer representatives, suppliers and supplier representatives of the Company.
