Common use of Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation and Non-Recruit/Hire Clause in Contracts

Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation and Non-Recruit/Hire. (a) Pursuant to your employment with NCR, you have or will have access to, and knowledge of, certain NCR Confidential Information (as defined in Section 14 below). You acknowledge that any unauthorized use (including use for your own benefit or to the benefit of others), transfer, or disclosure by you of NCR Confidential Information can place NCR at a competitive disadvantage and cause damage, financial and otherwise, to its business. You further acknowledge that, because of the knowledge of and access to NCR Confidential Information that you have acquired or will have acquired during your employment, you will be in a position to compete unfairly with NCR following the termination of your employment.

You further acknowledge that, because of the knowledge of and access to NCR Voyix Confidential Information that you have acquired or will have acquired during your employment, you will be in a position to compete unfairly with NCR Voyix following the termination of your employment.
