Common use of Non-Competition Period Clause in Contracts

Non-Competition Period. As used herein, the “Non-Competition Period” means the one year period following the termination of employment relationship hereunder by the Company for Cause or by the Employee without Good Reason; provided however, that if the employment relationship hereunder is terminated by the Company without Cause or Employee leaves for Good Reason, the Non-competition Period shall end on the date of such termination.

Non-Competition Period.
