Non-compliance with plans. The Tenant shall, immediately upon receiving written notice from the Landlord that any of the Tenant's Fitting-Out Works are not in accordance with the fitting-out plans approved by the Landlord, take all necessary steps to forthwith rectify the same at the Tenant's costs and expense.
