Non-compliance with Section D Clause Samples

Non-compliance with Section D. Non-compliance with Section D. above shall constitute a material breach thereof and in the event of such non-compliance City shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and the estate hereby created without liability therefore or at the election of City or the United States either or both said Governments shall have the right to judicially enforce those provisions.
