NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT. If Mandatary fails to comply with any provisions of this agreement, the Client shall be entitled to give the Fourteen (14) days’ notice in writing to remedy such non compliance and if the Mandatary fails to comply with such notice, then the Client shall forthwith be entitled but not obliged, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which the Mandatary may have in law, ❖ Apply penalties as stipulated on the main contract between Mandatory and the Client. ❖ To claim immediate performance and/or payment of such obligations. ❖ Should Mandatary continue to breach the contract on three occasions for the same deviation, then the Client is authorised to suspend the main contract without complying with the condition stated in clause above.
