Common use of Non-Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Non-Confidentiality. [*] and Counterparty agree that Counterparty and Counterparty’s employees, representatives, or other agents are authorized to disclose to any and all persons, without limitation of any kind, the U.S. Federal income tax treatment and U.S. Federal income tax structure of the transaction and all analyses that have been provided to Counterparty relating to such tax treatment and tax structure.
