Common use of Non-Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Non-Confidentiality. The Seller and the Purchaser hereby acknowledge and agree that, subject to Section 6.03, each is authorized to disclose the tax treatment and tax structure of this Confirmation and the transactions contemplated hereby to any and all persons, without limitation of any kind, and there are no express or implied agreements, arrangements or understandings to the contrary.

Non-Confidentiality. The Seller Dealer and the Purchaser Counterparty hereby acknowledge and agree that, subject to Section 6.038(e), each is authorized to disclose the tax treatment structure and tax structure treatment of this Confirmation and the transactions contemplated hereby by this Master Confirmation and any Supplemental Confirmation hereunder to any and all persons, without limitation of any kind, and there are no express or implied agreements, arrangements or understandings to the contrary.
