Common use of Non-conflict with other obligations Clause in Contracts

Non-conflict with other obligations. The entry into and performance by it of this Bond Agreement and any other Finance Document to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated thereby do not and will not conflict with (i) any law or regulation or judicial or official order; (ii) its constitutional documents; or (iii) any agreement or instrument which is binding upon it or any of its assets.

Non-conflict with other obligations. The entry into and performance by it the Issuer of this the Bond Agreement and any other Finance Document to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated thereby do not and will not conflict with (i) any present law or regulation or present judicial or official order; (ii) its articles of association, by-laws or other constitutional documents; or (iii) any document or agreement or instrument which is binding upon it on the Issuer or any of its assets.

Non-conflict with other obligations. The entry into and performance by it the Issuer of this the Bond Agreement and any other Finance Document to which it is a party party, and the transactions contemplated thereby thereby, do not and will not conflict with (i) any present law or regulation or present judicial or official orderorder applicable to the Issuer under its jurisdiction of incorporation or under the jurisdiction of any of its assets; (ii) its articles of association, by-laws or other constitutional documents; or (iii) any document or agreement or instrument which is binding upon it on the Issuer or any of its assets.

The entry into and performance by it the Issuer of this the Bond Agreement and any other Finance Document to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated thereby do not and will not conflict with (i) any present law or regulation or present judicial or official order; (ii) its constitutional documentsCertificate of Formation or partnership agreement; or (iii) any document or agreement or instrument which is binding upon it on the Issuer or any of its assets.

The entry into and performance by it of this Bond Agreement and any other Finance Document to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated thereby do not and will not conflict with with, or result in a breach of or default under, (i) any applicable law or regulation or judicial or official order; (ii) its constitutional documents; or (iii) any agreement or instrument which is binding upon it or any of its assetsassets or in respect of indebtedness in relation to which it is a surety.

Non-conflict with other obligations. The entry into and performance by it the Issuer of this the Bond Agreement and any other Finance Document to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated thereby do not and will not conflict with (i) any law or regulation or judicial or official order; (ii) its constitutional documents; or (iii) any agreement or instrument which is binding upon on it or any of its assetsassets or constitute a default or termination event (however described) under any such agreement or instrument.

The entry into and performance by it the Issuer of this the Bond Agreement and any other Finance Document to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated thereby do not and will not conflict with (i) any present law or regulation or present judicial or official order; (ii) its constitutional documentsAmended and Restated Articles of Incorporation and Amended and Restated Bylaws; or (iii) any document or agreement or instrument which is binding upon it on the Issuer or any of its assets.

Non-conflict with other obligations. The entry into and performance by it of this Bond Agreement and any other Finance Document to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated thereby do not and will not conflict with (i) with: any law or regulation or judicial or official order; (ii) its constitutional documents; or (iii) any agreement or instrument which is binding upon it or any of its assets.
