Non-conformances. DIEUQR-4-The Supplier shall provide Buyer written notification of nonconformance’s and is not authorized, under any condition, to perform material or product review activity without Buyer approval.
Non-conformances. Customer shall inspect Products received from Zeus within fifteen (15) business days of receiving such Products. In the event that Customer determines that certain Products do not conform to the applicable Specifications (“Non-Conforming Product”), Customer shall provide prompt written notice to Zeus of such non- conformance. Such notice of non-conformance shall at least identify the Non-Conforming Product and sufficiently describe such non-conformance, including representative samples to enable Zeus to understand the alleged non- conformance. Zeus shall have a reasonable opportunity, not to exceed twenty (20) business days from receipt of notification from Customer of the non-conformance, to inspect any alleged Non-Conforming Product. In the event that Zeus agrees with Customer’s determination that a Product is Non-Conforming Product, Zeus shall replace or repair such Non-Conforming Product. If replacement or repair of such Non-Conforming Product is not feasible, Zeus shall refund such amounts for the Non-Conforming Product that Customer actually paid to Zeus. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Customer Terms and Conditions, the Purchase Order, or any supply agreement or quality agreement between the parties, Zeus’ entire liability with respect to Non-Conforming Product (e.g., that is rejected by Customer upon inspection) shall not exceed the sales price for the Non-Conforming Product that Customer actually paid to Zeus.
Non-conformances. The manufacturer is to report any deviation from the DNV Rules and this MSA and obtain DNV’s written approval prior to dispatch of the product.
Non-conformances. 14.1 The Supplier shall not use nor have the right to approve the use of items/materials that do not conform to the specifications and other requirements set forth in this PO, and the Purchaser reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to instruct the Supplier to use such non-conforming items/materials (hereinafter "the Defective Items").

In the event that ▇▇▇▇ agrees with Customer’s determination that a Product is Non-Conforming Product, ▇▇▇▇ shall investigate such non-conformance and provide Customer with a written summary of the cause of such non-conformance and a corrective action, if any, to be implemented by ▇▇▇▇ to address such cause. Non-conformances. The parties must have standard operating procedures (SOPs) on how to handle all Non-Conformances. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is authorized to make rework and scrap dispositions without authorization from CUSTOMER. Concession or repair dispositions require CUSTOMER written authorization. If POCONO requests authorization for a repair or concession disposition, POCONO will document the disposition request including the inspection or test conducted, the actual results, and, if applicable, the proposed repair using a Non-Conformance Report (NCR). Any non-conformance found outside of POCONO activities warrants an initiation of a NCR to the third party with which the activity pertains. This, depending on material(s) disposition, may initiate a Corrective Action Report (CAR).
Non-conformances. The Contractor implements a RD-0034 / ISO9001:2015 compliant non conformance system. All non conformances to be notified as defects under ECC core clause 42.2.
