NON-CONFORMING WORKS. 7.1 No payment by Project Co under the Construction Contract nor partial or entire use or occupancy of the Construction Work by Project Co shall constitute an acceptance of any portion of the Construction Work or Products which are not in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
