Non-Construction Contracts Clause Samples

The Non-Construction Contracts clause defines the scope of agreements that are not related to construction activities. It typically clarifies that the terms and conditions outlined in the contract apply to goods, services, or other transactions that do not involve building, renovation, or similar construction work. For example, this clause might be used in contracts for equipment supply, consulting, or maintenance services. Its core function is to distinguish the agreement from construction contracts, ensuring that the specific legal and regulatory requirements unique to construction do not apply, thereby reducing confusion and ensuring the appropriate rules govern the relationship.
