Non-controlled Circuits. Non-controlled circuits are those not owned or leased by the Company but may be used in providing VOIP services, and are sometimes referred to as an “Over-The-Top” solution. Veracity provides no warranty or guarantee relating to the “quality of service” for non-controlled circuits. Veracity does not provide an SLA or technical support for non-controlled circuits.
