Non-Covered Terminations. If the Executive’s employment with the Company terminates by reason of a Non-Covered Termination under Section 4(a), then no further remuneration shall be paid to the Executive pursuant to this Agreement after such termination of employment, and the Executive shall only be entitled to remuneration thereafter pursuant to the terms and conditions of his employment with the Company which has accrued but not been paid.
