Non-Defamation. The Employee covenants and agrees that during the -------------- course of his employment by the Employer and for any time thereafter, the Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, in public or private, deprecate, impugn or otherwise make any remarks that would tend to or be construed to tend to defame the Employer, its employees or products or its reputation, nor shall Employee assist any person, firm or company in doing so, except as required by subpoena, court order or other legal process.
