Non-default applications. Clause 17.1 (Order of application) shall not apply to any application by the Security Agent of any amount standing to the credit of any account (that is subject to Transaction Security) in accordance with the express provisions of the Transaction Security Document(s) governing such Transaction Security at all times prior to any enforcement of such Transaction Security in accordance with the terms of such Transaction Security Document(s).
