Common use of Non-Defective Conforming Product Clause in Contracts

Non-Defective Conforming Product. The Customer may return an unopened, non-defective product conforming to the specifications of an order within 60 calendar days of the invoice date with no additional fees. If the non-defective conforming product is returned within 60 calendar days of the invoice date after it has been opened, the Contractor may charge the Customer a restocking fee of up to 10% of the cost of the product. Return shipping costs to return a non-defective conforming product to the Contractor is the responsibility of the Customer.
