Non-Disclosure Agreements and Reprisal. Following the investigation of any complaint or incident, the parties recognize that there are statutory obligations under the appropriate legislation and under no circumstances can one party obligate the other to a non-disclosure agreement or retaliate against the other party. Both parties acknowledge and understand that there are remedies in the event of demonstrable reprisal.
