Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements. Seller shall cause each current director, employee and consultant of Seller, within ten (10) days of the date hereof, and shall cause each person who becomes a director, employee or consultant of Seller subsequent to the date hereof, to execute an agreement relating to matters of non-disclosure, non-competition and confidentiality, in a form reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.

The terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement are incorporated herein by this reference.
