Non-Disclosure and Invention Assignment Agreement. The Executive acknowledges and confirms that the Employee Non-Disclosure and Invention Assignment Agreement executed by the Executive in favor of the Company on January 7, 2014 (the “Covenants Agreement”), the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference, remains in full force and effect and binding upon the Executive. The Covenants Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the Executive’s employment by the Company in accordance with the terms, and for the applicable period(s), set forth therein.
