Common use of Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement Clause in Contracts

Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement. The Employee agrees that upon execution of this Agreement, he will simultaneously execute the Company’s standard Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the remedies provided for in the Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement are separate and distinct from those provided for in this Agreement and in no event shall such remedies be superseded by any provision contained herein.

Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that upon execution of this Agreement, he will simultaneously execute the Company’s standard Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement, a copy of which Agreement he previously signed with the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”in full force and effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the remedies provided for in the Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement are separate and distinct from those provided for in this Agreement and in no event shall such remedies be superseded by any provision contained herein.

Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement. The Employee agrees that upon execution of this Agreement, he will simultaneously execute the Company’s standard previously executed Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”” remains in full force and effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the remedies provided for in the Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement are separate and distinct from those provided for in this Agreement and in no event shall such remedies be superseded by any provision contained herein.

The Employee agrees that acknowledges that, upon execution of this the Original Agreement, he will simultaneously execute executed and delivered the Company’s standard Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”” which remains in full force and effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the remedies provided for in the Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement are separate and distinct from those provided for in this Agreement and in no event shall such remedies be superseded by any provision contained herein.

Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement. The Employee agrees that upon his execution of this Agreement, and as a precondition of his employment pursuant to this Agreement, he will simultaneously execute the Company’s standard Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement, a copy of which is Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “ANDNC”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the remedies provided for in the Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement are separate and distinct from those provided for in this Agreement and in no event shall such remedies be superseded by any provision contained herein.
