Common use of NON-DISCLOSURE BY SUBADVISER Clause in Contracts

NON-DISCLOSURE BY SUBADVISER. The Subadviser agrees that the Subadviser will not disclose or use any records or confidential information obtained pursuant to this Agreement in any manner whatsoever, except as authorized in this Agreement or specifically by the Adviser or the Fund, or if this disclosure or use is required by federal or state regulatory authorities or by a court.

NON-DISCLOSURE BY SUBADVISER. The Subadviser agrees that the Subadviser will not disclose or use any records or confidential information obtained pursuant to this Agreement in any manner whatsoever, except as authorized in this Agreement or specifically by the Adviser TAMIC or the FundPortfolio or Trust, or if this disclosure or use is required by federal or state regulatory authorities or by a court.

The Subadviser agrees that the Subadviser will not disclose or use any records or confidential information obtained pursuant to this Agreement in any manner whatsoever, except as 7 authorized in this Agreement or specifically by the Adviser or the Fund, or if this disclosure or use is required by federal or state regulatory authorities or by a court.

NON-DISCLOSURE BY SUBADVISER. The Subadviser agrees that the Subadviser will not disclose or use any records or confidential information obtained pursuant to this Agreement in any manner whatsoever, except as authorized in this Agreement or specifically by the Adviser TAMIC or the FundPortfolio or Trust, or if this disclosure or use is required by federal or state regulatory authorities authorities, the regulatory bodies of the Untied Kingdom or by a courtcourt of the United States, England and Wales or any other jurisdiction.

NON-DISCLOSURE BY SUBADVISER. The Subadviser agrees that the Subadviser will not disclose or use any records or confidential information obtained pursuant to this Agreement in any manner whatsoever, except as authorized in this Agreement or specifically by the Adviser or the Fund, or if this disclosure or use is required by federal or state regulatory authorities or by a court, or is required in connection with the performance by the Subadviser of its duties and obligations to the Fund under this Agreement.

NON-DISCLOSURE BY SUBADVISER. The Subadviser agrees that the Subadviser will not disclose or use any records or confidential information obtained pursuant to this Agreement in any manner whatsoever, except as authorized in this Agreement or specifically by the Adviser Adviser, the Fund or the Fundin connection with its transaction with Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, or if this disclosure or use is required by federal or state regulatory authorities or by a courtcourt of competent jurisdiction.
