Common use of Non-Disclosure Exemptions Clause in Contracts

Non-Disclosure Exemptions. Consultant may be granted access to information that is exempt from disclosure to the public and may contain “trade secrets” when it is necessary for Consultant to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement. If Consultant is granted such access to confidential information, Consultant shall not be considered to be a member of the public as that term is used in the California Public Records Act.
