Common use of Non-Disclosure to Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Non-Disclosure to Third Parties. Except as required by Consultant's Duties, Consultant shall not, at any time now or in the future, directly or indirectly, use, publish, disseminate or otherwise disclose any Confidential Information, Concepts, or Ideas to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company which consent may be denied in each instance and all of the same, together with publication rights, shall belong exclusively to the Company.

Except as required by Consultant's ’s Duties, Consultant shall not, at any time now or in the future, directly or indirectly, use, publish, disseminate or otherwise disclose any Confidential Information, Concepts, or Ideas to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company which consent may be denied in each instance and all of the same, together with publication rights, shall belong exclusively to the Company.

Except as may be required by Consultant's DutiesConsultant for the sole purpose of performing the Services, Consultant shall not, at any time now or in the future, directly or indirectly, use, publish, disseminate or otherwise disclose any Confidential Information, Concepts, Information or Concepts and Ideas to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company Idera, which consent may be denied in each instance and all of the same, together with publication rights, shall belong exclusively to the CompanyIdera.

Except as required by desirable in connection with Consultant's ’s Duties, Consultant shall not, at any time now or in the future, directly or indirectly, use, publish, disseminate or otherwise disclose any Confidential Information, Concepts, or Ideas to any third party party, except in compliance with legal process, without the prior written consent of the Company which consent may be denied in each instance and all of the same, together with publication rights, shall belong exclusively to the Company.

Except as required by Consultant's Duties’s duties, Consultant shall not, at any time time, now or in the future, directly or indirectly, use, publish, disseminate disseminate, reproduce or otherwise disclose any Confidential Information, ConceptsConcepts and Ideas relating to the present, past or Ideas prospective business of the Company to any third party without party. Further, and recognizing the prior written consent highly competitive nature of the Company which consent may be denied in each instance Company’s business and the need to protect its intellectual property, all of the same, together with publication rights, rights shall belong exclusively solely to the Company.
