Common use of Non-Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Non-Disclosure. During the Employment Period or at any time thereafter, irrespective of the time, manner or cause of the termination of this Agreement, Employee will not directly or indirectly reveal, divulge, disclose or communicate to any person or entity, other than authorized officers, directors and employees of the Employers, in any manner whatsoever, any Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined) of Employers or any subsidiary of Employers without the prior written consent of the Board.

Non-Disclosure. During the Employment Period or at any time thereafter, irrespective of the time, manner or cause of the termination of this Agreement, Employee will not directly or indirectly reveal, divulge, disclose or communicate to any person or entity, other than authorized officers, directors and employees of the Employers, in any manner whatsoever, any Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined) of Employers or any subsidiary of Employers without the prior written consent of the BoardCEO.

During the Employment Period Employee’s employment or at any time thereafter, irrespective of the time, manner or cause of the termination of this Agreement, Employee will not directly or indirectly indirectly, reveal, divulge, disclose or communicate to any person or entity, entity other than authorized officers, directors and employees executives of the EmployersEmployer, in any manner whatsoever, any Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined) of Employers or any subsidiary of Employers Employer without the prior written consent of the BoardEmployer, except in connection with the fulfillment of his duties hereunder.

During the Employment Period or at any time thereafter, irrespective of the time, manner or cause of the termination of this Agreementthe Employment, Employee will not directly or indirectly reveal, divulge, disclose or communicate to any person or entity, other than authorized officers, directors and employees of the EmployersEmployer or its subsidiaries, in any manner whatsoeverwhatsoever other than for the benefit of the Employer in the course of carrying out Employee’s duties hereunder, any Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined) of Employers or any subsidiary of Employers the Employer without the prior written consent of the Board.

Non-Disclosure. During the Employment Period or at any time thereafter, irrespective of the time, manner or cause of the termination of this Agreement, .
