Common use of Non-discrimination Reference Clause in Contracts

Non-discrimination Reference. The Employer and the Union agree that they will continue policies of nondiscrimination on the basis of an individual's race, color, national origin, religious affiliation, gender, age, or sexual orientation or preference. The Employer and the Union agree that neither shall discriminate against any employee in the administration of this Agreement because of membership or non-membership in the Union.
