Non-Disparagement Covenant. Executive will not disparage or denigrate the Company, its officers, directors and employees, or its products and services of the Company. In particular, Executive agrees that Executive will not provide information, issue statements, or take any action, directly or indirectly, that would cause the Company, its business strategies and operations, and any of the Company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, or affiliates, any embarrassment or humiliation or otherwise cause or contribute to the Company being held in disrepute.
