Non-Displacement of Certificated Employees. Pursuant to CTC requirements, upon request Institution shall provide written certification to University that each Intern placed with Institution has not displaced a certificated Institution employee, which shall enable University to verify to CTC that all statutory and CTC requirements have been met.
