Common use of Non-Distribution of Servicer's Fee Clause in Contracts

Non-Distribution of Servicer's Fee. The Administrator hereby consents (which consent may be revoked at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Liquidation Event or Xxxxxx Credit Event), to the retention by the Servicer of the amounts (if any) identified pursuant to Section 3.2(c) in respect of the Servicer’s Fee, in which case no distribution shall be made in respect of the Servicer’s Fee pursuant to clause (d) above.
