Non-Diversion of Business Opportunity. Consistent with Associate’s duties and fiduciary obligations to the Company, Associate agrees to disclose to the Company any business opportunity that comes to Associate’s attention during Associate’s employment with the Company and that relates to the business of the Company. Associate further agrees not to take advantage of or otherwise divert any such opportunity for Associate’s own benefit or that of any other person or entity during Associate’s employment with the Company without prior written consent of the Company.
