Common use of Non-Dollar-Denominated US$ Loans Clause in Contracts

Non-Dollar-Denominated US$ Loans. Non-Dollar-Denominated Multi-Currency Loans; and Non-Dollar-Denominated US$-Canadian Loans. Each US$ Loan other than a Dollar-denominated US$ Loan shall be a Eurocurrency Loan, each Multi-Currency Loan other than a Dollar-denominated Multi-Currency Loan shall be a Eurocurrency Loan or, in the case of any Loans denominated in Australian Dollars, a BBSY Loan, and each US$-Canadian Loan other than a Dollar-denominated US$-Canadian Loan shall be a CDOR Loan or, in the case of a US$-Canadian Swingline Loan, a C$ Prime Loan. Except for prepayments made pursuant to Section 3.02(b) hereof, each borrowing, conversion and prepayment of principal of non-Dollar-denominated Multi-Currency Loans and non-Dollar-Denominated US$ Loans shall be in an aggregate principal amount which is an integral multiple of 100,000 units of the relevant Multi-Currency and equal to or greater than an amount the Dollar Equivalent of which is $1,000,000. Each borrowing, conversion and prepayment of US$-Canadian Loans denominated in Canadian Dollars shall be in a minimum aggregate face amount of C$1,000,000 or a whole multiple of C$100,000 in excess thereof.
