Common use of Non-Duplicative Use of RESTORE Act Funds Clause in Contracts

Non-Duplicative Use of RESTORE Act Funds. The recipient will not seek any compensation for the approved project from any other funding source, including, without limitation, the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund. Should such funding be received, the recipient will immediately notify the Grants Officer in writing. If the recipient is authorized to make subawards, the recipient will not use RESTORE Act funds to make subawards to fund any activities for which claims were filed with the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund after July 6, 2012.
