Non-Engineering Change Proposals (NECPs). An NECP shall be submitted whenever necessary to document administrative, procedural, scheduling, or documentation changes that do not directly impact the physical configuration of the equipment. The NECP shall explain the nature of the problem, identify the applicable baseline document (i.e., Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL), Contract Clause, etc.) and provide a detailed explanation justifying the proposed course of action desired to resolve the problem. Insert sheets for applicable documents shall also be attached to facilitate change action in the event the NECP is approved.
