Non-Exclusive Consultancy. Consultant's engagement by the Company under this Agreement is a non-exclusive consultancy. During the Term, Consultant shall have the right, without prior notice to the Company, be engaged by other Companies, as long as there is no conflict of interest and said other Companies do not compete with Company.
