Non-Exclusive License to Bioverativ of Biogen Manufacturing Technology. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Biogen hereby grants to Bioverativ a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to the Biogen Manufacturing Technology in connection with the manufacturing of products manufactured by Biogen under the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement for the Bioverativ Field.
