Non-Exclusive License to Bioverativ of Biogen Shared Intellectual Property. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Biogen hereby grants to Bioverativ a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to the Biogen Shared Intellectual Property for any use in the Bioverativ Field.
