Common use of Non-Exclusive Management Clause in Contracts

The Client understands that the Manager and its affiliates will continue to furnish investment management and advisory services to others, including, without limitation, to the Fund, and that the Manager and such affiliates shall be at all times free, in its or their discretion, to make recommendations to others which may be the same as, or may be different from, those made for the Account.
