Non-Exclusive Patent License to Licensee. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CareFusion hereby grants to Licensee, and Licensee accepts, a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable (except in accordance with Section 2.2) license, under CareFusion’s interest in the CareFusion Patents, to develop, make, have made, use, have used, sell, offer for sale, have sold, and import Licensed Products throughout the world solely within the Field (the “License”).
